My New Favorite Workout Includes Ballet! It's Easy And You Can Do It Too!
If you follow me on Twitter then you noticed that I posted I was doing a new workout. This one is my favorite by far that I have done in quite awhile and it includes ones of my favorite types of dance, Ballet. I use to take every dance class when I was younger and they were so much fun. Fast forward 18 years and I am now not so light on my feet, or on the scale either.
This workout is based around 6 moves, do the workout twice a week with 1 set of 12 reps for each move. Repeat the circuit only once if you're just starting out or twice if you want to burn more. All you need is a pair of dumbbells 3-5 pounds. Hope some of you enjoy it!
