Quick Health Tips From Women's Health Magazine

While going through my Women's Health Magazine I wanted to share some of their quick tips for health.

  • Drink peppermint tea. It helps with sugar cravings and improves your digestion. Have a headache? Give peppermint tea a try!
  • If you exercise for 20 minutes 3x a week your risk for Type 2 Diabetes will lower by 33%
