Chicken & Mushrooms in Knorr Creamy Garlic Shells

While the boyfriend is away at a concert I am having to fix dinner alone tonight. This made enough for leftover for him when he comes home! Every month we stock up on tons of Knorr products, they have so many flavorful pastas and rices that you can make SO many meals with! Tonight's dinner features the Creamy Garlic Shells  from the Italian Sides selections. 

Ingridents:
Knorr Creamy Garlic Shells
Mushrooms (you can add any other vegetables you want, tomatoes, peas and broccoli would be geat too)
Chicken strips (you can use chicken breast and shred it yourself or you can use precooked like me)

1. Cook package according to directions, if you want it less creamy use a little less water, about 1/3c. less.

2. Heat up your chicken strips during the last 5 minutes or until nice and heated thoroughly.

3. Make your very tired baby pose for a picture and beg him to let you finish dinner!

 4. After the pasta is cooked and is thickening, toss in the mushrooms and chicken so everything is heated nicely and serve. Add Parmesan cheese or salt and pepper if desired. I added both :)
