Staying in, but having a nice dinner at home. And I made a yummy dessert last night for today. A heart shaped angel food cake with a chocolate mousse center, (pureed raspberries to make a) raspberry whipped cream that I used to frost the cake with, drizzled with chocolate and topped with fresh raspberries. I think it turned out pretty nice for having limited ingredients to work with. :) (Nikki Marie on rafflecopter)
